董总华教综合大厦暨未来教育基金
教育是培育人才、展现国力的百年大业，其重要性不言而喻。面对全球教育数位化转型的趋势，马来西亚华文教育亦必须与时俱进，推动教育革新，以确保其持续发展与全球竞争力。
近年来，生成式人工智能（Generative AI）及数位科技的迅猛发展，正在深刻改变全球教育的形态。各国纷纷推出教育数位化政策：如2019年日本启动“GIGA学校计划”、2020年新加坡推行“自带设备”（BYOD）政策、2023年马来西亚教育部发布《数位教育政策》、2024年联合国教科文组织推出《人工智能素养架构》，以及中国于同年发布《关于加强中小学人工智能教育的通知》。
董总作为马来西亚华文教育的领导机构，一直积极推动教育现代化。2018年发布的《马来西亚华文独中教育蓝图》，明确提出“资讯科技融入教学”的理念，旨在加速独中教育数位转型的进程。该蓝图倡导利用数位工具提升教与学的互动，推动个性化学习，以激发学生潜能。此外，蓝图亦强调教师数字素养培训、数位教学资源的优化以及智慧学习环境的建设，并建议设立“资讯科技发展基金”，为教育数位化提供可持续发展的资源支撑。
华小是母语教育的根基，华文独中和国民型华文中学则为其延续阶段。华文教育体系的可持续发展，仰赖于各办学单位对母语教育的坚持及对中华文化的认同。各界长期致力于提升教育素质，并积极响应时代需求，推动教育数位化转型，为下一代打造更优质的学习环境。
为更全面地推动华文教育现代化，董总现结合“华教综合大厦”的建设计划，正式启动“未来教育基金”筹款计划。该基金旨在支持教育改革、推进教育数位化、促进技职教育发展，进而培养具备未来竞争力的优秀人才，为华文教育的永续发展奠定坚实基础。
捐款支付的条款和条件 Terms and Conditions for Donation Payments
All payments through the Website are to be made by payment card, ewallet or via Online Banking. Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your donation your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider, iPay88. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorize iPay88 to request funds from your credit card, ewallet or bank.
Donations made to Dong Zong will not be applicable for tax deduction. We will still issue a donation receipt through email to confirm your donation amount. Thank you for your generosity.

退款政策 Refund Policy
We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations are normally non-refundable but there are circumstances in which refunds will be made is where unauthorized use of your payment card is proved or you have made an error in making your donation about contributing to our organization.
If you have made an error in making your donation or unauthorized use of your payment through the online payment gateway, please notify us within three (3) working day from the date of transaction (the date the donation was made) and we will honour your request.
Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
To request a refund, please contact our finance department at: +603-8736 2337. Alternatively, send us your information such as full name, contact number and slip(s) related to the payment to [email protected]. Please note that requests made later than three (3) working day of your donation will not be handled.

税务减免 Tax Exemption
The Ministry of Finance approved the tax exemption for the donation of the “Multi-purpose Education Complex”. Donors contributed to this fund will qualify for a tax deduction of 10% of the aggregate income.
According to the conditions of the tax exemption under the Income Tax Act 1967, donors need to provide full name as per identification card, New IC for individual or Company Registration Name and Business Registration Number for company, and complete mailing address.
Tax exemption as defined under sub-section 44 (11C) of Income Tax Act 1967

Effective date: 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2024, 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2026
*Only donations of RM5,000 or above are eligible for a tax exemption receipt.
财政部批准豁免本会“华教综合大厦”的捐款所得税，凡捐款予大厦基金者将会获得总收入10%的税务减免。
依据《1967年所得税法令》免税条件，欲获得免税收据者务必提供捐款者的个人或公司料；英文姓名或公司名称、身份证号码或公司注册号码以及地址。
*捐献RM5,000或以上者，方可获发免税收据。
